Agency Application for 2022 Funding

The United Way of Logan County is committed to investing in local programs producing measurable results.  Our goal is to strengthen our community by bringing Logan County together - businesses, non-profits, individuals and families!

In order to apply for United Way funding in Logan County for 2022, and become or remain a United Way Partner, an agency or program must be a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

In order to apply online for the first time, you must first create an account.  Please create your account by clicking on "login" at the bottom of this page (under Get Involved). Follow the instructions to create an account.  If you cannot fill the form in all at one sitting, this allows you to save your form and go back and edit before submitting it for final approval.

If you used the online format last year, you may access your previously created account using username and passwords created (or you can reset).  Your form from last year should be available to you for updating.

A hard copy of the form for application can be found here:  Application for 2022 Funding.   Please contact Patti Becker, administrative director at uwloganil@comcast.net or call 217-735-4499 with any questions or issues you may have.

Helpful hints:  As you are filling out the application, remember that we are looking for local impact.  Please make sure that information provided includes the impact on Logan County.  Also, please ensure that data is as recent as possible, 2020/2021 data if available.

There are also some new requirements this year with regard to your agency's policies and practices to insure equitable access to programs to all Black, Indigenous People and People of Color in your service area.  Statistics showing the race/ethnicity of program participants are also required.  There are also new questions regarding the impact of COVID-19 on your organization and its programs and services.

WE LOVE PHOTOS of the work that your agencies are doing.  If you are able to provide photos please do so in Photo formats - JPEG or PNG  as opposed to PDF (Adobe) files.  Also, please indicate if it is okay to publish them in conjunction with United Way posts on our website, in social media or other advertising venues.  Success Stories are also ALWAYS appreciated.  The United Way wants to help get the word out about your agency's work and the impact you have on the community using our social media sources and web site as much as possible.

All applications for 2022 funding are due to the United Way office by Thursday,  May 20, 2021.

Thank you for your participation!  The United Way of Logan County looks forward to working with all qualifying agencies to continue to strengthen our community through the services you provide.

LIVE UNITED in Logan County!
