In 2016, The Salvation Army assistance 18 different families with rent and 31 different families with utility assistance unerthisprogram.  Working with Illinois American Water, 68 families were assisted with water cost.  24 local kids went to 5 different camps at Eagle Crease Camp in Washburn, Illinois.  The agency also partners with the local Pizza Hut and their "Harvest Supply Program" to provide food to those in need.  Funds allocated from the United Way of Logan County are used to provide work clothes/boots for job humters, some prescription needs, and assistance with utility payments or the cost of necessary transportation.
