Children's Book Exchange Held at The Market on September 30th

The United Way of Logan County is dedicated to promoting early childhoold education.  Reading is fundamental to future success in education.  In order to promote reading, a Children's Book Exchange was sponsored at the ALMH Market on Saturday, September 30th at Community Day.  Children ages birth through ten were invited to choose a donated book to take home and read.  Books were donated by the Lincoln Public Library, Tony Sanders, Veronica and Sandy Ohler with help from the Mt. Pulaski Public Library and Misty Bell.  Children could also donate a book that they had read for another child.  Thanks to all who donated and participated !!
